Who we are

I was my first client. I got serious about working out in my 30s, and thank goodness I did! I spent years training—sometimes solo, sometimes with a partner, and eventually with a coach. That commitment became a lifelong passion, and after decades of experience, I made fitness my career.

Since 2012, I’ve been fully immersed in the fitness industry, leaving the corporate world to pursue what truly drives me: helping others achieve their best selves. With certifications in Gyrotonic, Power Plate, Barre, and Pilates, I bring a diverse skill set to my clients. As a Certified Life & Nutrition Coach, I’ve had the privilege of guiding hundreds of people to elevate their fitness, build healthy habits, and maintain an active, vibrant lifestyle.
