Who we are

I was my first client. I got serious about working out in my 30s, and thank goodness I did! I spent years training—sometimes solo, sometimes with a partner, and eventually with a coach. That commitment became a lifelong passion, and after decades of experience, I made fitness my career.

Since 2012, I have been fully immersed in the fitness industry, leaving behind the corporate world to pursue my true passion: empowering others to achieve their best selves. As a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with additional expertise in Gyrotonic, Power Plate, Barre, and Pilates, I offer a well-rounded approach to health and wellness. It has been my privilege to guide hundreds of individuals in transforming their fitness, cultivating sustainable healthy habits, and embracing an active, vibrant lifestyle.
